Pro and Premium (/pro)

The /pro command group is how you view, claim, and release Pro/Premium perks on a given server. See Tiers and pricing for the full feature comparison.

#How tier entitlements work

Pro and Premium are per-account subscriptions, not per-server. When you pledge on Patreon, the Pro or Premium role is added to your account in the support server. That role is what gives you slots:

• Pro — 1 slot
• Premium — 3 slots

A "slot" is one server you can apply your perks to. Until you claim a server, your subscription is doing nothing — you have to pick where it should be active.

Shows the perks and pricing breakdown, in-bot. No permission required, viewable in any server the bot is in.

Shows whether perks are active on the current server, and if so, who claimed it.

/pro status

Output covers:

• The server's effective tier (Free / Pro / Premium)
• Who claimed it, and what their tier is
• How many of their slots they've used, and which servers are currently active

#/pro claim

Activate your Pro or Premium perks on the current server. Requires Manage Server on the guild.

/pro claim

Outcomes:

• ✅ — perks are now active here. /setmodchannels and /setrules immediately allow the higher limits, and future scans use the upgraded model.
• ❌ free — your account doesn't have a Pro or Premium role. Subscribe via Patreon or earn 2 weeks via voting.
• ❌ full — you've already used all your slots. Run /pro unclaim somewhere else first, or upgrade Pro → Premium.
• ❌ claimed by other — someone else has already claimed this server. Each server can only be claimed by one person at a time. Coordinate with them, or have them /pro unclaim.

#/pro unclaim

Release this server's slot. Perks revert to Free immediately, but your config (rules, channels, etc.) is preserved — re-claiming or having someone else claim it brings the perks back instantly.

/pro unclaim

Common reason to unclaim: you want to move your Pro slot from one server to another, or your Premium has reduced to Pro and you need to drop a slot.

#What happens when a subscription ends

• Patreon cancellation: the Pro/Premium role is removed at the end of your billing period. Servers you'd claimed drop to Free automatically. Re-subscribing reapplies the role; you'll need to re-run /pro claim (the slot list isn't kept across role removals).
• Vote-credit redemption expires: the temporary Pro role is removed automatically by a background job. Same effect as a cancellation — servers drop to Free, claims must be redone.

#Premium → Pro downgrade behavior

If you go from Premium (3 slots) to Pro (1 slot), the first server in your claim order keeps Pro perks; the others drop to Free. To pick a specific one, /pro unclaim everywhere first, then re-claim the one you want.
