Website Terms of Service
These Website Terms of Service ("Website Terms") govern your use of the Blify Mod website at this domain ("the Site"). Use of the Blify Mod Discord bot itself is governed by the separate Bot Terms of Service. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Website Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by Discord's Terms of Service in your country, to use the Site. By logging in, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. Accounts and authentication
The Site uses Discord OAuth to sign you in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account. Actions taken through the Site while you are logged in are treated as your actions. You may log out at any time from the account menu.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to probe, scan, or otherwise test the vulnerability of the Site.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other users' sessions, or server configurations you do not control.
- Do not scrape, crawl, or automate interactions with the Site beyond normal browser use.
- Do not upload malicious content or attempt to interfere with the Site's operation.
- Do not use the Site to manage servers on which you do not have Manage Server permission in Discord.
4. Content you submit
Text you enter through the Site (such as server rules or configuration values) is stored and used to operate the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit that content and that it complies with Discord's rules and applicable law.
5. Availability and changes
The Site is provided on a best-effort basis with no guarantee of uptime or availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, with or without notice. We may update these Website Terms; continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, including violations of these Website Terms or of Discord's rules. You may stop using the Site at any time by logging out.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operators of the Site shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site is limited to USD $20.
9. Third-party services
The Site relies on third parties including Discord (OAuth), MongoDB Atlas (session storage), Cloudflare (DNS/proxy), and the hosting provider. Your use of those services through the Site is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
10. Governing law
These Website Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of the United States of America.
